I provide business consulting services including training your dental team to help you reach maximum efficiency so that you operate more profitably with better bottom line results. I do this through a comprehensive 2 day business assessment and a series of in office training sessions customized to your specific needs and telephone support. After the assessment, you will be provided with a detailed business plan regarding overhead management, production plans for you and your hygienists and how my fee will pay for itself several times over.
I first send you a pre-analysis business workbook to complete. You and your office manager will gather valuable data, statistics and confidential Dr. and staff questionnaires that I will review prior to my two day visit. This allows me to form a game plan before I visit you on site. The assessment begins the evening before my first day in your office when I will meet with you to reveal preanalysis findings and to answer questions that surfaced during the research process.
In general, I spend 18-24 months working directly with you and your team to implement the training plans and action lists from the business assessment and in office seminars. Expect to see me every 2-3 months on site in the first year. After this time frame, most clients then achieve a maintenance level of 2-3 visits per year.
No, I offer interest free payment plans after the initial business assessment is paid for at the time of service.
The systems are designed to create standard operating procedures that are documented and reproducible with clear job descriptions and training charts. When I visit you on site for each seminar, I will arrive a ½ day prior to or after the actual training to do a performance check. At that time I will be looking at how the training plans are being implemented formulating an action plan for the office. I will also spend time with any new employees to help them understand the basic principles and verbal skills of each business system. Full day training of any new or current team members is available for additional fees.
I will visit your office for 2-4 hours prior to the next seminar to evaluate and troubleshoot current action plans. My goal is to observe the entire team using the new communication skills and to document the implementation of business systems discussed in seminars. I will provide coaching to team members as necessary, to answer questions and to practice new skills.

I will help you be more proficient in leading, motivating and inspiring your team to clearer defined levels of excellence. This means, growing your skills in performing better performance appraisals, development and use of your practice philosophy statement, successful conflict management that is timely and effective manner and overall supporting your path of leadership that allows you to better manage your business and yourself as the practice changes and grows.
The unlimited telephone agreement means just that. I would like you to consult with me on any major business change you would make including purchases, personnel hires or releases, reorganization, technology upgrades etc. prior to taking action. I will be creating a practice budget with you that I want to help you evaluate before you make any significant changes. Monthly we will have a statistics meeting to evaluate progress and changes that need our proactive attention. Your team is invited to call me for any and all questions or support on how to deal with specific scenarios that challenge them day to day. I will coach them not only on the possible solutions, more importantly on the correct verbal skills to use with patients and team members.
